About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead Odoo ERP implementations from discovery to go-live. You’ll coordinate with clients, consultants, and developers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end Odoo implementation projects

  • Gather client requirements and define project scope

  • Coordinate with functional consultants and developers

  • Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables

  • Conduct client meetings and progress reviews

  • Ensure smooth deployment and post-go-live support

Requirements

  • 3+ years of ERP or software project management experience

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Experience handling multiple client projects

  • Understanding of Odoo workflows and business operations

  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
