As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand business operations, optimize workflows, and configure Odoo ERP solutions that improve efficiency and scalability across departments.
What you will do
Conduct requirement gathering and business analysis sessions
Configure Odoo modules based on operational needs
Prepare workflows, documentation, and process mapping
Coordinate with developers for customizations and integrations
Train users and provide post-implementation support
Assist in testing, deployment, and solution validation
Improve business processes through ERP best practices
Requirements
Experience with ERP implementation or business consulting
Strong understanding of workflows such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, or CRM
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Ability to analyze business operations and provide practical solutions
Strong documentation and presentation abilities
Familiarity with Odoo ERP is preferred
