We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage technical support, maintain internal systems, and assist teams and clients with ERP, hardware, and infrastructure-related issues. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and reliable system performance.
What you will do
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot Odoo ERP and user-related system problems
Configure systems, user accounts, permissions, and devices
Monitor backups, system health, and security practices
Assist with installations, updates, and maintenance tasks
Document issues, solutions, and technical procedures
Support internal teams during deployments and migrations
Requirements
Experience in IT support or system administration
Good understanding of Windows, Linux, and networking basics
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with ERP systems or business applications is a plus
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
